That is SO cute!!! Of course I love cats that talk - Chong talks all day long.
I agree with embe, you need some cats. And this time let them inside so the coyotes don't get them.

People who put cats outside shouldn't own cats again - even if their previous cats were peeing all over the house for 2 years before being put out.
Maybe the next pet should be a dog, in a fenced yard.
